These General Conditions of Sale ("GCS") govern all sales of products offered through the website https://naturaliimport.it,(naturaliimport.es, naturaliimport.de, naturaliimport.fr, naturaliimport.com) by NATURALI IMPORT to customers located in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy.
Any order placed constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these GCS. Acceptance is confirmed by ticking the confirmation box during the ordering process.
These GCS prevail over any other terms unless otherwise agreed in writing by NATURALI IMPORT. They are provided to the buyer in compliance with Article 1341 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code and applicable consumer protection regulations.
To be valid, orders must include all relevant product details (reference, type, quantity, unit price, delivery terms, and destination).
Orders are only considered binding upon written confirmation by NATURALI IMPORT (via email). In the event of product shortage, priority will be given based on the order’s date. The benefit of an order is non-transferable without prior written consent from the Seller.
Requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to shipment. If denied, any deposit may be refunded only as store credit. No modifications are accepted once an order is confirmed and validated.
All prices are in Euros (€), exclusive of VAT and transportation unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary based on local tax regulations applicable in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, or Italy.
The applicable price is the one in effect on the delivery date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any applicable customs duties, VAT, or local taxes in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delivery is made by direct handover or notice of availability. The buyer must collect the products within 3 working days of notice. Failure to do so may result in the Seller cancelling the sale unilaterally.
Delivery times are estimates based on availability and logistics. No compensation will be due for delays. Orders may only be cancelled if delivery does not occur within 15 days after formal written notice.
Delays due to customs processing or national holidays in the relevant country (UK, FR, DE, ES, IT) may affect timelines.
Goods travel at the buyer’s risk from the moment they leave the Seller’s warehouse—even if shipped free of charge. Any damage or loss during transport must be reported to the carrier and the Seller within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Claims for visible defects or non-conformity must be submitted in writing within 2 days of receipt. Failure to report within this timeframe waives the right to return or request replacement.
If the complaint is accepted, the Seller may offer replacement or credit. Returned products must be in original condition and packaging.
Returns must be pre-authorized in writing. The buyer must provide documented proof of defect. Unauthorised returns will not be processed. Returns must occur within 8 days of delivery.
Valid returns may result in a credit note or replacement. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. The Seller retains discretion over refund or replacement decisions.
Prices are fixed at the time of order and displayed in Euros on https://naturaliimport.it. Unless otherwise specified, prices include standard packaging and shipping.
Invoices are issued at the time of shipment and comply with Italian law, specifically Article 21 of Presidential Decree No. 633/1972 (IVA regulation).
Payments must be made:
Immediately upon online order placement; OR
Within 30 days net from the invoice date (subject to approval).
No deduction, suspension, or offset is permitted without written agreement.
The Seller reserves the right to request advance payment or financial guarantees in the event of buyer insolvency or deterioration in credit standing.
The Seller retains ownership of all products until full payment is received. In the case of non-payment, the Seller may reclaim goods, and the Buyer agrees not to resell, pledge, or modify the goods until paid in full.
All content (text, visuals, design, logos) on https://naturaliimport.it is the property of NATURALI IMPORT and protected by Italian Intellectual Property Law and applicable EU regulations. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, personal data is collected and processed for order fulfillment, legal compliance, and marketing (with consent).

The Seller is not liable for delays or failures resulting from force majeure events such as strikes, pandemics, floods, war, supply shortages, or customs delays in the IT or EU.
These GCS are governed by Italian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt amicable resolution. Failing that, jurisdiction lies exclusively with the Court of Rovigo (Tribunale di Rovigo), Italy, regardless of the buyer's location.
